2/10/2012 - AST #12-11662 Criminal Mischief III, Theft II
On Sunday, 2/5/12 at approximately 6:21 PM, Alaska State Troopers responded a report of a theft near Mile 98 of the Glenn Highway, near Chickaloon. Investigation revealed that an unknown person(s) broke a window on a pickup truck and stole approximately $1,500 worth of personal property, including a Beretta 92FS pistol and a Husky saw.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $600.

1/26/2012 - AST #11-121987 Burglary
On 12-9-11, Alaska State Troopers from Talkeetna Post responded to a report of a burglary on Willow Fishhook Road in Willow.  Stolen from a cabin on the property were items to include $50,000 in gold, numerous 1700’s coins, search and rescue gear, a red snow plow with a broken hydraulic line, three long guns and other numerous items.

12/30/2011 - AST #11-128451 Burglary II, Theft I

On Thursday, 12-29-11 at approximately 2:30 PM, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a burglary after the fact at an Antique store near Mile 37.5 of the Glenn Highway.  It was discovered that two buildings had been forced open and over $50,000 dollars worth of antique items were missing to include a Polar Bear rug, a silver sword and a 1956 Texaco gas pump.

12/22/2011 - AST #11-124726 Burglary 1/Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree
On 12-17-11 at 8:48 AM, AST investigated a report of a Burglary at a foreclosed home on Village Loop in Wasilla. Investigation revealed an unknown person (s) entered the home sometime between 12-7-11 and 12-12-11 through an unsecured sliding glass door and caused approximately $9,000 in damage.

12/15/2011 - AST #11-120336 Burglary 2nd, Theft 2nd, Criminal Trespass 1st

RECOVERED

On Sunday 12-4-11 at approximately 11:13 AM, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on E. Kilo Drive, in Wasilla after receiving a report of a theft.  Investigation revealed on the evening of 12-3-11, unknown person(s) entered a garage near the residence and stole a black 1997 Ski-Doo Skandic wide track snow machine and a green 1997 Honda Foreman ATV.  The value of the stolen property is estimated over $5,000.

11/25/2011 - AST #11-117139 Burglary 1st, Theft 2nd
On Thursday, 11-24-11, at approximately 3:00 PM, Alaska State Troopers
responded to a report of a burglary on Angus Loop in Palmer. Investigation revealed that a residence had been broken into and several items were taken, including a Remington shotgun and computer. The stolen items are worth approximately $4,000.

11/11/2011 - AST #11-108817 Theft II, Criminal Trespass I

On Sunday, 10-30-11 at approximately 10:57 AM, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a theft at a residence located near the intersection of Cheri Lake Drive and White Rabbit Drive in Houston. Investigation revealed unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a 300 gallon diesel fuel tank and a propane tank from the exterior of the residence. Total value of the stolen property is estimated at approximately $1400.00.

11/11/2011 - AST #11-111859/AST #11-112304 Malicious Mischief of Public Property

On 11-8-11 and 11-9-11, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of two thefts involving Alaska Department of Fish & Game property. The thefts occurred from access roads into the Palmer Hay Flats State Game Refuge. The first theft of a double arm swinging road gate constructed of Schedule 40 galvanized steel occurred approximately November 3, 2011 at the Cottonwood Creek access road (off Hayfield Road). The second theft of a Schedule 40 welded galvanized steel swing bar gate occurred sometime between November 5th and November 8th, 2011 at the Rabbit Slough access road (off Nelson Road & the Glenn Highway).  Total loss is estimated at $1,500.00

11/3/2011 - AST #11-109246 Theft II, Criminal Trespass I
On Monday 10-31-11 at approximately 4:20 PM, Alaska State Troopers
received a report of a theft from Quality Sand and Gravel which is located off of Tanya Court in Wasilla (directly behind Alaska Sales & Service). Approximately 400-500 feet of copper wire was taken sometime between Saturday 10-29 and Sunday 10-30. The wire was cut off of sand and gravel excavating equipment as well as taken from spools sitting on the lot.  The wire was valued at approximately $5000.00.

10/28/2011 - AST #11-106583 Theft II, Criminal Trespass I
On Monday 10-24-11 at approximately 12:40 PM, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a theft from a building located on Knik-Goose Bay Road
near Horizon Road in Wasilla.  Investigation revealed unknown person(s)
entered a building under construction and stole two boxes of sprinkler heads worth approximately $1500.00.
